Employee’s duties include:

Providing supervision and personal assistance for Client at Client’s residence.

Responding to Client’s needs in a timely manner;

Providing companionship for Client;

Assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing and personal care as needed;

Verbally reminding Client to take medications, if needed; and

Other assistance with activities of daily living as directed.
