Below is an outline of common duties and requirements: Responsibilities: • Client Support : Assist with day-to-day client service tasks, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining client accounts. • Financial Planning Preparation : Gather financial data from clients, prepare financial analysis, and help draft financial plans and reports. • Portfolio Review : Support portfolio analysis and help monitor clients’ portfolios to ensure they align with financial goals. • Meeting Preparation : Prepare materials for client meetings, such as account summaries and financial projections. • Documentation : Maintain client records, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and firm policies. • Compliance : Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure all activities align with compliance requirements.
