    We are seeking a financial advisor or associate financial advisor to assist clients in designing and implementing strategies to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or finance, as well as strong communication and relationship skills. Key Outcomes: Identify sales opportunities through client review and analysis. Gather appropriate client information to assist in building a tailored financial plan through pre and post-meeting outreach. Provide service and answer client questions to achieve satisfaction, which contributes to the growth of our book of business. Responsibilities: The following reflect responsibilities and tasks that may be asked of you within your role. Additionally, this role does require light travel between the two offices and to client meetings. Must have a reliable vehicle. • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by scheduling regular check-ins, sending personalized communications, and addressing any client concerns or needs promptly • Personal Meeting Preparations : Preparing for client meetings by creating and organizing client meeting folders. Gather necessary documents and client information to support a thorough review and analysis. Review the client’s financial information within eMoney/Salescentral to ensure all data is up-to-date and accurate, along with reviewing investment portfolios to confirm alignment with the client’s risk tolerance, proposing changes where appropriate, and analyzing external accounts with the aim of consolidating assets when feasible. Review internal assets, such as life insurance and annuities, and provide recommendations for potential improvements or new sales that better serve the client’s needs. Work closely with the advisor on the account or advisor who will be on the account • Client Segmentation and Targeting: Analyze client data to identify opportunities for tailored financial solutions or additional services. Develop strategies to approach clients based on their specific needs and financial goals • Financial Planning and Strategy Development: Assist in creating comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate, and tax planning strategies. Develop strategies for clients based on their goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences • Advanced Portfolio Analysis: Conduct deeper analysis of client portfolios, including stress testing and scenario analysis. Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed • Co-Develop Client Education and Workshops: Organize and host educational workshops or webinars for clients on various financial topics. Develop educational materials and resources to help clients understand their financial options • Regulatory Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and firm policies. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all client interactions and financial transactions • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and new financial products or services. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to support client decision-making • Integration with Other Advisors and Specialists: Collaborate with other advisors, tax professionals, and estate planners to ensure comprehensive client service. Coordinate with specialists to address specific client needs, such as complex tax situations or estate planning • Client Onboarding and Transitions: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the firm’s services. Facilitate client transitions during major life events, such as retirement or inheritance, to ensure their financial plan remains aligned with their goals • Technology Utilization and Innovation: Explore and implement new technologies or tools that can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client service and financial planning. Ensure clients are effectively using available technology platforms for tracking and managing their financial plans • Feedback and Improvement: Solicit client feedback to assess the effectiveness of financial plans and client service. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and client satisfaction • General Service Support: Providing clients with access to eMoney or Wealthscape, eMoney connections, eMoney alerts, sending/updating risk questionnaires, and updating cash flow information. Gathering documentation for financial planning • Professional Development: Stay current with industry certifications, continuing education, and professional development opportunities. Share knowledge and insights gained from professional development with the team to enhance overall performance (ex: host and plan team training) • Strategic Planning: Assist in long-term strategic planning for the firm, including business development and client acquisition strategies. Contribute to the development of marketing materials and client outreach initiatives, work collaboratively with marketing position • Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle unexpected financial emergencies or changes in client circumstances. Develop contingency plans and provide guidance to clients during challenging times • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze client data and prepare detailed reports for internal review or client meetings. Use data-driven insights to inform financial planning and investment strategies. Run a quarterly investment meeting with all advisors, reaching out to external managers to appear, when necessary, which includes scheduling the meeting and ordering lunch Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required) • 1+ years of experience in finance, including insurance, capital markets, and financial planning concepts (preferred) • Strong analytical skills with a background in computer systems, mathematics, economics, or finance (preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on high proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (required) • FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 (preferred but can obtain through employment) • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively to a wide range of clients. • Dedicated commitment to providing superior customer service with a focus on quality and professionalism Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
