Compensation: • $2,500 Signing Bonus + $40,000 - $75,000 per year DOE Responsibilities: Group Class Instruction:Lead dynamic and results-driven group fitness classes, incorporating a diverse range of exercises and training techniques that engage and motivate participants. Prioritize safety and proper form, providing individualized modifications and adjustments to meet the varying needs of all attendees.One-on-One Coaching:Deliver personalized coaching in private training sessions, focusing on clients' unique goals, areas for improvement, and specific challenges. Educate clients on the critical role nutrition plays in performance, recovery, and long-term wellness, fostering sustainable, healthy lifestyle choices.Continuous Learning and Development:Stay up to date on the latest fitness and wellness trends, research, and industry best practices. Participate in ongoing training, certifications, and workshops to expand your knowledge and expertise. Collaborate with other trainers to share ideas and continuously improve your training techniques and strategies. Qualifications: • Proven experience in strength-based training, functional movement, and leading group fitness classes. • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong connections with clients of all ages and fitness levels. • Expertise in designing personalized training programs and adapting exercises to meet diverse needs and abilities. • Strong understanding of nutrition principles, with the ability to provide foundational dietary guidance to support clients' fitness goals. • Prior experience working in a fitness center, studio, or a similar setting is preferred. • A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus.
