Our fitness studio is rapidly expanding, and we need a personal trainer to assist our clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. Responsibilities: • Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans for members based on their individual goals and fitness levels. • Design and implement dynamic workout of the day (WOD) programs to keep members engaged and motivated. • Provide one-on-one or group training sessions for members to help them reach their fitness goals. • Educate members on proper exercise techniques and equipment usage to prevent injury. • Develop nutrition plans and provide guidance on healthy eating habits to support members in achieving their desired results. • Monitor members' progress and adjust workout plans and nutrition recommendations as needed. • Keep up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and research to continually improve the quality of training provided to members. • Maintain a clean and organized gym environment, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition. • Promote the club's services and programs to attract new members and retain existing ones. • Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and motivating atmosphere for members to achieve their fitness goals. Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a personal trainer in a fitness facility or similar setting. • Certification from a nationally recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar. • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics. • Proven track record of designing effective workout programs for clients with diverse fitness goals and abilities. • Experience in creating nutrition plans and providing guidance on healthy eating habits. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and motivate them to achieve their goals. • Ability to adapt training methods to meet the individual needs and preferences of each client. • Proficiency in using fitness tracking software and technology to monitor client progress and adjust workout plans as needed. • Knowledge of injury prevention techniques and first aid/CPR certification. • A passion for fitness and a commitment to staying current on industry trends and developments. Compensation: $35,000 - $76,000 yearly
