Responsibilities: • Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice tailored to the unique circumstances of each case. • Manage a team and your assigned cases. • Collaborate with team, including other assistants and attorneys to ensure top-notch client representation. • Conduct depositions. • Negotiate settlements. • Well-versed in Idaho law, tort law, SOLs. • Draft, review, and modify legal documents. • Conduct legal research and gather relevant evidence. • Stay current on changes in personal injury laws and regulations. • Ensure adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements in all interactions. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. • State of Idaho Bar License. Washington and Utah bar license a plus. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities. Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 yearly
