Responsibilities: • Participate in initial meetings with new clients, actively engaging with their stories and concerns • Collaborate with senior attorneys to assess liability, damages, and potential legal theories in personal injury cases • Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law to develop effective legal strategies • Keep clients informed by providing regular updates on their cases and offering support during their recovery • Negotiate with insurance companies and review demand letters to secure favorable settlements for clients • Work closely with experienced attorneys, actively learning and enhancing legal skills while contributing to the firm's success • Supervise and mentor a team of legal professionals to foster a supportive work environment • Provide guidance, training, and feedback to improve the performance of team members Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate • Genuine and unpretentious • Sense of humor and/or appreciation of shenanigans • Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado or be willing to become licensed in Colorado • Must have proficiency in legal research and writing • Must possess empathy and a client-centered approach to legal practice • Demonstrate Strong communication skills (written and verbal) • Demonstrate Strong organizational skills • Must be able to navigate new technology including AI and case management software Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 + bonus DOE
