Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload of personal injury cases, handle negotiations, conduct legal research, and prepare cases for settlement or trial. Responsibilities: • Handle a variety of personal injury cases from intake to resolution. • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel. • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances. • Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates and legal advice. • Collaborate with our legal team to strategize and maximize case outcomes. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Tennessee law license in good standing. • 2+ years of personal injury law experience preferred. • Strong litigation and negotiation skills. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Compassion for injured clients and a commitment to achieving justice. Compensation: $100,000 to $175,000
