You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals. You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 10 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people. Responsibilities: • Converse with clients, expert witnesses, supporting witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to gather information • Gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case and conduct legal research on case law and premises liability • Investigate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly • Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents • Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate Qualifications: • Excellent negotiation, drafting, research, and communication skills are desired • Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, wrongful death, civil and family law, medical terminology, and medical malpractice is imperative • State Bar Association membership and state license to practice law is mandatory • Requires a bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree • Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience in wrongful death, medical malpractice, personal injury, or civil litigation practice areas is a necessity Compensation: $150,000+
