Seeking experienced individuals with a background in law firms. Responsibilities include direct communication with claimants and collaboration with financing companies, in-depth knowledge of medical terminology required, involvement in dynamic intake negotiations, loan approvals, contract sending, and more. Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 with benefits such as 401(k), Healthcare Benefits, and Profit Sharing Responsibilities: • Communicate with law offices and clients to gather necessary documents and information for financial evaluations • Meet specific criteria for roles in Origination and Underwriting departments • Educate clients and law firms about the services offered by the company • Engage with various departments within the organization • Discuss medical issues with plaintiffs • Manage inbound calls as part of a team effort • Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals • Maintain regular communication with the Underwriting team • Stay in close contact with plaintiffs throughout the process • Ability to work both remotely and in the main office Qualifications: • The candidate must reside within a 30-minute distance from the Sandy Springs office in Georgia. • In-office work is mandatory for all employees. • A minimum of two to three years of experience in a law firm handling personal injury cases is required. • Proficient in managing financial matters with companies from previous law firm roles. • Capable of maintaining organization in a fast-paced work environment. • Excellent communication skills are essential when interacting with plaintiffs. • Comprehensive understanding of complex operational procedures is necessary. • Proficiency in using various software applications is a must. • Access to reliable transportation is a requirement. • A team-oriented mindset is crucial for this role. • A strong grasp of intake operations is expected. • Demonstrated stable employment history without frequent job changes is preferred. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
