Our Plaintiff, Personal Injury firm has an opening for an experienced Case Manager working in Pre-Litigation.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2-5 years of experience with all facets of a Pre-Litigation case.

Job Duties:

· Assist the Attorney with new client intake

· Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster

· Monitor client’s medical treatments

· Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc.

· Prepare the Demand through a template for the Attorney’s review

· Send out lien reductions

Case Managers must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, be compassionate, be detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position, with excellent benefits. Salary will range between $55-62K (DOE).
