Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are seeking a qualified applicant to join our Pre-Litigation Department as a Case Manager. If have experience with personal injury case management and want to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere with a highly motivated team and supportive leadership, this position is for you! While a background in personal injury law is required, we provide full training for this role.

Responsibilities:

Serve as main point of contact for car accident clients.

Set up medical appointments.

Handle property damage claims from A-Z

Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.

Qualifications:

Experience with personal injury case management. Applicants with no personal injury experience will not be considered.

Bilingual preferred

Great customer service skills. Friendly on the phone and in person.

MUST understand how to manage a case properly by understanding medical terminology, MRIs, orthopedics and pain management.
