Responsibilities:

Identifying medical issues and utilizing familiarity with medical terminology

Calculating damages and crafting persuasive demand letters

Expressing and summarizing facts related to personal injury cases

Explaining medical injuries in a clear and compelling manner

Requirements:

At least one year of experience in personal injury law or drafting personal injury demands is a MUST.

Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software is a PLUS.
