We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Demand Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have persuasive writing skills and an understanding of personal injury cases. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in legal writing.

Responsibilities:

Identify medical issues and apply knowledge of medical terminology

Calculate damages and draft persuasive demand letters

Summarize and present facts of personal injury cases effectively

Explain medical injuries in a clear and compelling manner

Experience

Experience in persuasive writing or drafting personal injury demand letters

Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software is a PLUS.

Familiarity with legal case management systems such as CASEpeer or Filevine is a plus.
