Responsibilities: • Strategic Leadership: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s mission and objectives, driving growth and visibility. • Brand Storytelling: Develop impactful narratives that highlight our core values, success stories, and the meaningful outcomes of our work, enhancing direct response marketing initiatives. • Digital Innovation: Harness cutting-edge digital marketing techniques, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and PPC campaigns, to elevate the firm’s online presence. • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. • Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for optimal results. • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand the firm’s reach and community engagement. Qualifications: What You Bring: • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the legal industry is required. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive results. • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights. • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Exceptional expertise in vendor management and collaboration. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent public relations skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, and your team; • A passion for personal injury law and advocating for clients; and • Exhibits exceptional supervisory skills, fostering effective team management and productivity. Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly (plus incentives)
