  • Responsibilities

    The Law Office of Shane R. Kadlec is seeking experienced, new team members to work with clients and support them in all pre-litigation aspects, including client meetings, setting up insurance claims, assisting with medical care and medical referrals, obtaining medical records and bills, communicating with insurance adjusters, and assisting in investigations. Applicants must have proven prior personal injury law firm experience in case/client management, or similar customer service experience, and have demonstrated both dependability and a strong work ethic that will contribute to our team. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. This is a full-time, salary position, with great benefits and a generous bonus structure. Health, dental, and vision benefits are paid 100% by the firm. 401(k) benefits with profit sharing. Pay starts at $42,500 depending on experience. Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. on Friday. Responsibilities: • Assist the new client intake team in screening incoming leads, evaluating, and signing new potential clients. • Work closely with the firm’s case managers and intake manager in a team environment and ensure all procedures are completed and clients are fully advised. • Data entry into Filevine, client management software. • Manage new clients, setting them up for medical treatment, and following up on medical care. • Set up claims with insurance companies and establish coverage and liability. • Send out letters of representation. • Request medical and billing records with affidavits. • Prepare and maintain client files in SharePoint. • Fill out appropriate forms for PIP, Medicare, Medicaid, and Lost wages. Qualifications: Qualified candidates must possess the following skills: • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage workload while taking the initiative to anticipate future tasks • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Be dependable and consistent, especially with attendance and punctuality • Ability to multi-task • Ability to thrive in a team environment and establish good working relationships • Filevine and Lead Docket knowledge is a plus Compensation: $42,500+ based on experience
