Taking an effective intake or loan origination is a talent and due to its unique approach, we need to hire someone who is trainable and wants to learn new roles in a company. Responsibilities: • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner • Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency Qualifications: • Previous legal experience a plus • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly
