What We Offer: • Competitive annual salary of $48,000 • Opportunity to work with a respected and dynamic team • A supportive environment focused on professional growth and client success Key Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys with litigation preparation and case management • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and filings • Manage case files and track deadlines to ensure timely progress • Provide ongoing support to clients and keep them informed throughout the legal process • Contribute to a positive, results-driven team atmosphere Responsibilities: • Case Management: Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to move cases forward efficiently. • Client Interaction: Serve as clients' primary point of contact, providing regular updates and answering questions regarding their cases. • Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements. • Medical Records Management: Obtain, review, and organize medical records and bills. Summarize medical records and other relevant documents for attorney review. • Litigation Support: Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, filing motions, and attending court proceedings as needed. • Research: Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy. • Calendar Management: Maintain and update case calendars, including deadlines for filings, court appearances, and depositions, ensuring all necessary documentation. • File Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and easily accessible. Qualifications: • Must have previous experience managing personal injury cases before they go to court. • Should be capable of efficiently handling a large number of cases. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software is required. • Must demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. • Should be able to work both independently and collaboratively with a team. Compensation: $48,000 yearly
