A personal injury lien analyst assistant is responsible for providing support to lien analysts in our medical lien negotiations department. They work closely with our lien analyst staff, clients, medical providers, and other legal professionals to coordinate the payment of medical liens at the conclusion of a personal injury case. To be successful in this role, a Personal Injury Lien Analyst Assistant should have strong organization skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to their work. Responsibilities: • Assist lien analysts with the organization of medical bills and liens at the conclusion of the personal injury case • Verify the balance of medical bills with all providers and have providers bill insurance accordingly, if necessary • Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including closing documents to clients • Maintain accurate client records, ensuring they are kept up to date • Identify any errors or discrepancies in medical billing and assist in correction Qualifications: • Must be highly motivated • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Previous experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus • Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process is a plus, but not required Compensation: $17-$20 hourly
