The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow within the field. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake to resolution. • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents. • Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as needed. • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Qualifications: Qualifications: • 3-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation. • Strong written and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. • A demonstrated commitment to client service. Compensation: $125,000 + Bonuses
