Goldstein & Goldstein is a small, personal injury firm in East Orange that has been operating for almost 30 years. We focus on motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. We are looking for an attorney to work in the litigation department.

Responsibilities will include:

answering interrogatories

reviewing medical records

taking and defending depositions

conducting non-binding arbitrations

trial work

We are looking for someone who has 2 years experience in the personal injury field. We are also willing to take on a new hire with no experience if he/she is excited about becoming a trial attorney. There is significant opportunity for advancement.

The salary range for attorneys with two years of personal injury experience is $100,000 to $125,000.

The salary for an attorney with no personal injury experience is $80,000.
