Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Paid Time off • 401K • Employer Paid Basic Life Insurance • Other benefits to be discussed during interview Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Onsite Professional Office Setting Responsibilities: • Collecting all necessary documentation, evidence, and pertinent information needed for claims • Drafting and filing litigation paperwork such as pleadings, requests for discovery, and motions • Trying cases in District and Circuit Courts throughout Maryland and Washington D.C. • Providing clear guidance and communication to clients throughout the legal process • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of Maryland Personal Injury law • Managing a significant caseload and displaying strong leadership qualities • Developing litigation strategies and supervising the discovery process Qualifications: • The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience practicing as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney specifically in Maryland. • This position requires a minimum of 3 years of trial courtroom experience. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a legal team successfully to ensure positive case outcomes is essential. • Excellent interpersonal skills are a necessity to engage empathetically with clients. • A strong determination to achieve optimal results for clients and excel in legal cases is a must. • Comfort working in a professional office environment in Baltimore, MD, is required. • Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, in the office is mandatory. Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 yearly
