    In the Litigation Legal Assistant role of our firm, you are a key support role to the litigation team and critical to the flow of documents into the firm. Desired Qualities: • Integrity and professionalism • Accountability • Proactivity • Efficiency • Compassion • Optimism • Customer service orientation • Attention to detail Perks: • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) retirement plan • Generous paid time off benefits Responsibilities: • Prepare legal documents for court filings in state and federal courts in Georgia, ensuring they are court-ready. • Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines efficiently within a fast-paced legal setting. • Draft responses to discovery requests such as interrogatories, requests for production, and deposition notices. • Organize and manage large volumes of case-related documents for easy reference. • Assist the assigned attorney in managing schedules, deadlines, and case-related activities. • Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, trials, and mediations by documenting and organizing necessary materials. • Save, file, and organize pleadings and motions on a daily basis for easy retrieval. • Maintain and prioritize relevant deadlines on a calendar for timely action. Qualifications: • Proven experience in handling electronic filing requirements at state and federal courts in Georgia is essential. • Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting. • Skill in accurately forecasting and calendaring court filings and docket deadlines is required. • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, especially urgent ones, with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. • Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to work effectively under time constraints. • Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat is necessary. • Demonstrated track record of consistently producing high-quality work products. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly
