Work Location - In person Responsibilities: • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests • Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation • Heavy emphasis on strategizing with attorneys, attention to detail, and treating each case uniquely in order to develop necessary evidence to maximize claim value • Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to think on your feet • Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel to assist in case management Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal • Candidate Must have significant litigation experience prosecuting or defending personal injury cases • Proficiency in legal research and writing • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Familiarity with e-discovery software • US Work Authorization • Proximity to McKinney, TX. This is not a remote job Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ yearly
