Megeredchian Law is a personal injury law firm located in Burbank, CA. We specialize in car accident cases and are currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the Paralegal position in our Litigation Department.

Responsibilities:

Drafting complaints.

Responding to discovery.

Propounding discovery.

Drafting subpoenas and objecting to subpoenas.

Expert discovery.

Deposition preparation.

Trial preparation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Paralegal certification preferred.

2+ years of litigation experience, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.

1+ year(s) of expert discovery and trial preparation.

2+ years of experience in personal injury [Plaintiff/Defense].

Proficient knowledge of statutory deadlines.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Team leader and team player.
