We specialize in car accident cases and are seeking a qualified applicant to join our Litigation Department as a Paralegal. wants to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere with a highly motivated team and supportive leadership, this position is for you! While a background in personal injury law is required, we provide full training for this role.

Responsibilities:

Drafting complaints.

Responding to discovery.

Propounding discovery.

Drafting subpoenas and objecting to subpoenas.

Expert discovery.

Deposition preparation.

Trial preparation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Paralegal certification preferred.

Experience in Litigation, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.

Experience with expert discovery and trial preparation.

Experience in personal injury Law. Applicants with no experience in personal injury law will not be considered.

Proficient knowledge of statutory deadlines.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Team leader and team player.
