    This position is fully in-person at our Baltimore office. We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in Baltimore, Maryland. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and legal knowledge will be essential in assisting with case management, document preparation, legal research, and trial support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience as a paralegal. We offer a benefits package, which includes: • Health • Dental • Vision • Bonus pay • Bonus incentives • 401k plan • Life insurance • Holiday pay • Periodic office-sponsored lunches • Paid lunch break Responsibilities: Case Management: • Assist attorneys in managing and organizing case files, including maintaining document databases, case calendars, and electronic filing systems. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court appearances. • Prepare and file legal documents, such as complaints, interrogatories, motions, briefs, and subpoenas, ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines. • Track and update case statuses, deadlines, and upcoming events. Legal Research and Analysis: • Conduct legal research using online and offline resources to support case preparation. • Summarize and analyze legal documents, statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to the assigned cases. • Assist attorneys in drafting legal correspondence, memoranda, and discovery responses. Document Management: • Review, organize, and analyze documents, including contracts, pleadings, and discovery materials. • Prepare document sets for production and maintain accurate document logs. • Assist with document review, including privilege review and preparation of privilege logs. Trial Support: • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions, including organizing exhibits, witness files, and trial binders. • Coordinate with vendors for court reporting, transcription, and other litigation support services. Communication and Collaboration: • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders professionally and effectively. • Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and other paralegals to ensure efficient workflow and case management. • Assist in the training and supervision of junior paralegals and legal support staff, as needed. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Minimum of four years of experience as a litigation paralegal. • Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred. • Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures. • Proficiency in legal research platforms, document management systems, and litigation support software. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with electronic discovery (eDiscovery) tools and processes. • Experience with trial preparation and support. Compensation: $56,000 - $70,000 yearly
