Responsibilities: • Collect necessary documentation and information from law firms and clients to inform financial decisions • Demonstrate expertise in utilizing various software platforms effectively • Assess case details such as police reports, policy limits, injuries, treatment, and value drivers to support underwriting processes • Educate clients on the range of services we provide • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment • Engage in discussions with law firms and clients regarding our services • Manage a high volume of emails efficiently • Display strong problem-solving skills when addressing client concerns • Juggle multiple tasks across different departments • Exhibit a quick learning curve Qualifications: • Must be a resident of Georgia and live within a 30-minute radius of the office located in Sandy Springs • Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling claims in personal injury or worker's compensation within a law firm setting • Must possess a detail-oriented and analytical approach to decision-making • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and resolving technical or complex issues • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment • Proven track record of reliability and consistent job performance • Ability to remain emotionally resilient and work effectively under pressure • Capable of integrating and implementing processes and procedures • Proficient in the use of 4-5 different software applications • Strong team orientation and collaboration skills • Excellent customer service abilities • Superior verbal and written communication skills • High proficiency in computer operations Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
