Our firm is seeking a full-time Paralegal with 3+ years of consistent pre-litigation personal injury law experience. Your responsibilities include writing detailed demand letters, negotiating insurance claims, and managing cases from signup to negotiation phases. Responsibilities: • Draft detailed personal injury demand letters • Assist in monitoring medical care, following up on medical records and billing requests • Ability to distinguish pertinent details from the medical records for drafting demand letters • Organize and maintain Needles and server files • Calendar and schedule events • Update adjusters and clients on treatment status • Handling some new client (PNC) intake calls - backup only • Experience negotiating pre-litigation case settlements is a plus • Experience with Needles case management software is also a plus Qualifications: • 3 years of Personal Injury Pre-litigation experience • Ability to adapt, learn, grow, and be part of a team committed to doing a great job • Experience writing detailed demand letters • Negotiation experience Compensation: $70,000+ DOE, plus quarterly performance bonuses
