You'll be responsible for drafting detailed demand letters, negotiating insurance claims, and expertly managing cases from client intake through negotiation. Note: This position is based in Carrollton, Texas, and is not eligible for remote work. Responsibilities: • Draft detailed personal injury demand letters • Assist in monitoring medical care, and supervise the status of records requested by the Records Specialist • Ability to distinguish pertinent details from the medical records for drafting demand letters • Organize and maintain server files and Needles software • Calendar and schedule events • Update adjusters and clients on treatment status • Handling some new client (PNC) intake calls - backup only • Experience negotiating pre-litigation case settlements is a plus • Experience with Needles/Neos case management software is also a plus • Negotiating insurance claims • Managing cases from intake to settlement stages Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this Personal Injury Paralegal position should possess at least 3 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law. • Strong adaptability, commitment to teamwork, and a desire for continuous growth are essential qualities for this role. • Proficiency in drafting detailed demand letters and previous experience in negotiation are required. • The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, empathy towards clients, eagerness for learning, and the ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent decision-making skills, time management, and adaptability are key attributes for success in this position. Compensation: $70,000+ DOE plus quarterly performance bonuses
