We are in search of a full-time Paralegal located in Carrollton, TX, with 3+ years of consistent experience in pre-litigation personal injury law. * As a compassionate and detail-oriented professional, you'll excel at multitasking and making informed decisions to assist our injured clients with the utmost care. You'll be responsible for drafting detailed demand letters, negotiating insurance claims, and expertly managing cases from client intake through negotiation. Note: This position is based in Carrollton, Texas, and is not eligible for remote work. Responsibilities: • Draft detailed personal injury demand letters • Assist in monitoring medical care, and supervise the status of records requested by the Records Specialist • Ability to distinguish pertinent details from the medical records for drafting demand letters • Organize and maintain server files and Needles software • Calendar and schedule events • Update adjusters and clients on treatment status • Handling some new client (PNC) intake calls - backup only • Experience negotiating pre-litigation case settlements is a plus • Experience with Needles/Neos case management software is also a plus • Negotiating insurance claims • Managing cases from intake to settlement stages Qualifications: • The ideal candidate for this Personal Injury Paralegal position should possess at least 3 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law. • Strong adaptability, commitment to teamwork, and a desire for continuous growth are essential qualities for this role. • Proficiency in drafting detailed demand letters and previous experience in negotiation are required. • The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, empathy towards clients, eagerness for learning, and the ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent decision-making skills, time management, and adaptability are key attributes for success in this position. Compensation: $70,000+ DOE plus quarterly performance bonuses
