We are a small friendly law firm specializing in all levels of personal injury law located in Rockville/Bethesda area. We are a firm committed to the highest level of client service. We are seeking an experienced full-time Paralegal/Case Manager. Ideal candidate will possess direct work experience in personal injury with significant direct experience in the pre-litigation process. Candidate will work with multiple attorneys and should have a fundamental understanding of the personal injury process to include intake through the submission of a demand. Primary duties will include contacting insurance carriers regarding bodily injury and PIP claims, requesting, retrieving, and assembling medical records, bills and liability documents, and extensive communication with clients. Must be detail oriented and possess confidence to work independently.

Preferred Requirements:

Previous Personal Injury Paralegal Experience College Degree
