    We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal with a strong background in plaintiff or personal injury to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the personal injury field, excellent research and analytical skills, and familiarity with court systems. Defense-experienced paralegals are welcome to apply. Computing Robinson vs. Bates numbers • Draft legal documents, including complaints and discovery materials. • Assist attorneys with discovery processes and trial preparation. • Prepare comprehensive insurance demand packages and damages summaries. • Handle medical debt negotiations and ensure final lien closures. Qualifications: • Proven experience in plaintiff or defense-side personal injury field. • Bachelor's degree preferred. • In-depth knowledge of online legal resources and tools. • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
