    Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group is seeking a skilled Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team in Roswell, GA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience and a proven track record in personal injury pre-suit case management, negotiation, and settlement. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients from the initial consultation, through treatment of injuries, demands, negotiations, settlement, and resolution. Why Choose Us: • Comprehensive Health, Dental and Vision Coverage • 401 (k) Retirement Savings Plan with matching • Generous Paid Time off, Holiday, and a floating holiday • Flexibility with Hybrid Work Schedule • Opportunity for Performance-Based Bonuses Responsibilities: • Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action • Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys • Collaborate with clients and senior associates and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently • Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is handy for other attorneys, paralegals and support staff • Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings • Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and insurance adjusters to gather necessary information and investigate cases thoroughly • Oversee and handle an active caseload • Assess the legal aspects of personal injury claims and offer comprehensive legal guidance to potential clients Qualifications: • Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school • Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA) • Proven track record of meeting monthly goals and KPI's • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of successful experience in personal injury Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 with opportunity for bonus
