Responsibilities: • Review new cases with an open eye when developing a theory of liability • Regularly communicate with clients throughout the life of their case, including the theory of liability investigations, treatment, gathering medical records, and negotiations • Monitor medical bills while considering the known or assumed insurance policy limits Qualifications: • At least 3-5 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting, preferably specializing in personal injury law • Talented verbal communicator and writer • Candidates should possess high-level organizational skills and time-management skills Compensation: $45,000 yearly
