Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney specifically in Maryland. • This role necessitates a minimum of 2 years of trial courtroom experience in the area. • A genuine passion for being in the courtroom is a must. • Exceptional interpersonal skills are vital to engaging empathetically with clients. • A strong commitment to achieving optimal results for clients and excelling in legal cases is essential. • Availability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, minimum of 3 days in office, 1-2 days hybrid. Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 yearly
