    Job Description

    We are seeking a Trial Paralegal to support hybrid and trial attorneys throughout the litigation process. This role involves managing client communications, case files, discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities to ensure seamless legal proceedings and successful trial outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Communication – Provide case updates, gather necessary information, and address client concerns.

    Calendar & Deadline Management – Maintain case schedules, track deadlines, and coordinate critical litigation events (discovery, depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials).

    Case File Management – Organize, update, and maintain case files in the case management system (including medical records, court documents, and opposing counsel filings).

    Discovery Support – Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and supplemental discovery materials; ensure all discovery documents are accurate, complete, and properly filed.

    Witness Coordination & Subpoenas – Arrange witness availability, issue subpoenas, and ensure witnesses are properly prepared.

    Pre-Trial & Trial Preparation

    • Assist attorneys in preparing documents, PowerPoints, and trial exhibits.
    • Organize trial notebooks, witness materials, and jury instructions.
    • Provide in-trial support, including managing exhibits, taking notes, and preparing transcripts.

    Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year (based on experience).

    Employment Type: Full-Time.

    Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM EST.

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.
    • Candidate must have experience in Personal Injury law.
    • Candidate must have (3) years minimum of experience in litigation.
    • Candidate must have Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation.
    • Candidate must have intense research, verbal and written communication, and people skills.
    • Candidate must have excellent attention to detail.
    • Candidate must have the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
    • Candidate must have the ability to work independently.
