Personal Lines Insurance – Customer Service Representative CSR - STURBRIDGE, MA

We are a fast-growing insurance agency with a team of nice people who help each other. We are excited to add a new person to our team. We are seeking an insurance professional to help our agency grow and serve the surrounding communities. We are a fun, dog friendly, team with three locations: Dudley, Sturbridge, and Palmer.

Our ideal candidate will have:

· Personal insurance experience

· An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

· Be client caring and team oriented

· A desire to learn and grow

· Terrific communication skills

· The ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment

· A P&C license or willingness to obtain shortly after hiring

Responsibilities of this role include (but are not Limited to):

· Customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options

· Thorough completion of commercial lines applications and working with clients to fill in missing information

· Ability to work with insurance carrier underwriters and online systems

· Personal lines renewal management and remarking clients when needed

· Comfortable account rounding and cross-selling
