Job Summary:
The Personal Lines Assistant will provide administrative support to our Personal Lines Insurance team, helping to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service. This role involves assisting the team in communicating information to our clients, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Informing clients regarding policy status, making payments, and sending documentation,
- Assisting Personal lines team with administrative and data entry tasks.
- Maintain and update client records in our insurance management system.
- Prepare and send policy documents, ID cards, and billing statements to clients.
- Support the team in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of personal lines products and industry trends.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; experience with insurance management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
