Responsibilities: • Deliver a high level of customer service when resolving billing, policy change, coverage, and claims issues • Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed • Ensure up-to-date information within insurance company databases to effectively drive sales and current customers • Employ creative networking and sales strategies to generate leads that convert prospective clients into new clients Qualifications: • Superb written and verbal communications skills required • State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Must be an effective collaborator who takes a goal-oriented approach to sales • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
