Responsibilities: • Keep accurate personal information for all sales prospects and customers within insurance company databases • Compose tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to prospective and existing insurance clients • Resolve billing, policy change, coverage, and insurance claims issues using exemplary customer service skills • Take an innovative approach to networking and sales strategies to identify and secure new clients • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits in order to recommend modifications, as needed Qualifications: • Superb written and verbal communications skills required • Must hold a valid, state-issued insurance license(s): Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent insurance industry experience and a high school diploma are required • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators • Prior experience in the insurance industry as an insurance producer for personal lines Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 at plan earnings
