Personal Lines Marketing Associate - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 85k/year - Totowa, NJ

• Our client, a growth-oriented independent insurance agency in the Totowa, NJ area, has an immediate need for a Personal Lines Marketing Associate. They are a highly collaborative team looking for insurance professionals to market, remarket, quote, and re-quote a book of personal line accounts. The Personal Lines Marketing Associate will be an integral and key player in the growth of the personal line business of the agency.

Responsibilities:

• Quoting new and renewal personal lines policies including home, auto, fire, umbrella, and watercraft.
• Analize and compare quotes from multiple carriers to provide customers with best possible pricing.
• Market new products to clients and cross sell additional coverages.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide customer tailored solutions.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and assure policy offerings meet their needs.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Personal Lines experience with quoting, remarketing, and renewals.
• Current valid NJ Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management systems.
• Ability to work in an office in Totowa. (Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 5:00pm)

Compensation:

• Base salary to 85k/year plus commission and bonus opportunities.
• Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
• 15 Days of vacation and 5 sick/personal days.
