  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for experienced personal trainers or individuals with a desire to become a trainer who are passionate about motivating others through fitness! You will be working directly with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through encouragement, education, and a customized training plan.

    The ideal candidates are passionate about health and fitness and love to empower others to achieve their goals. You are self-motivated, a natural teacher, and actively look to help people. You have an open availability and strive to assist the business in achieving its goals in growth and the responsibility to support our local community. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge in nutrition and meal planning.

    Responsibilities:

    Teach fitness techniques to personal training clients

    Develop individualized training programs

    Evaluate individual capabilities and training needs

    Educate clients in proper nutrition

    Demonstrate techniques and proper equipment use

    Participate in community events supported by the business

    Assist in maintaining the high standards of the business in overall customer service

    Qualifications:

    Personal training or group training certification (NOT REQUIRED)

    1+ years of customer service experience

    Able to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations to clients

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Ability to maintain schedule independently
