What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a new member of our Functional Movement Team.
It goes without saying that you must be a highly motivated trainer, and 100% committed to getting clients results.
The baseline requirements are:
CPR Certified
Certified Trainer
It is preferred you have FMS certification, management experience, and corrective exercise experience.
This is currently a 30-35 hours per week.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Functional Movement Trainer, you will be responsible for:
Implementing effective protocols for patients
Addressing form, and guiding patients through their workouts
Customer service with our patients
Coordinating With Our Doctors (to ensure patient outcomes)
Tracking patient progress
Additionally, you will need to:
Have the ability to work in a team environment
Have a coachable attitude
Be committed to ongoing growth and development (not just technically as a trainer, but as a leader, business developer, and communicator)
Have a positive, "can do" attitude
Have the ability to follow directions
