    Job Summary

    Are you looking for:

    1. A place that focuses on the patient/client experience? We provide one-on-one care by the PT/PTA for 40 minutes for PT follow-ups and 60 min evals. You treat in teams: patient works with one PT and one PTA during plan of care for continuity.

    2. Personal Training packages are regularly sold to our physical therapy clients that have finished PT and want expertise to stay on track and meet wellness and performance goals not covered by insurance and feel safer in a Medical Clinic vs a gym. Are you looking to learn how to work with clients after surgery and after injuries once safe to do so? Are you able to work with clients that have conditions like Parkinson's, Arthritis, and Osteoporosis?

    3. Supportive team environment to add to your knowledge base of how to work with clients with special considerations. We provide coaching via monthly team meetings and semi-monthly "lunch and learns" as well as one on one development.

    4. Or how about advancing your knowledge in the regenerative medicine field? This position will require working with our regenerative services and applying those interventions to patients/clients to increase healing and outcomes.     5. Having an impact on a patient's overall health? Our wellness and regenerative services include: personal training, Pilates, eat for joint health and weight loss program, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy, pulsed radio frequency and soon Shockwave. You develop long-term relationships with patients/clients and they want to continue to work with you to achieve their overall health goals.

    About us: We have been voted "Best of South Sound" in 2023 and 2024 outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Lacey, WA helping patients to stay active and mobile avoiding surgeries & meds whenever possible. We do have quite a few post-op patients and we commit ourselves to great post-op care as well. Dr. Penrose has done speaking engagements with several of the orthopedic surgeons in town and has interviewed a few on her Podcast "Stay Healthy South Sound." We commit to educating our community via workshops, newspaper articles, free tips reports, blogs, social media posts, podcasts, and free screenings and discovery consult visits. We treat the whole person and offer health and wellness solutions via cash programs.

    This job will be a combination of personal training and physical therapy technician duties involving application of regenerative medicine to clients like the Stimpod and soon Shockwave. PT techs are also greeting patients & starting on a warm up, collecting payments, intermittent scribing, responding to text and phone messages, cleaning/laundry.
