We are seeking a talented recruiter with a knack for identifying skilled personal trainers who embody our commitment to health, motivation, and growth.
As a Recruiter for Personal Trainers, you will be responsible for attracting, screening, and coordinating final interviews with General Managers exceptional personal trainers to join our growing team. You will work closely with our hiring managers and play a key role in building a strong, client-focused trainer team.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and attract qualified personal trainers through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring each candidate aligns with our standards and values.
Job Posting & Employer Branding: Create compelling job postings and promote our brand to attract top talent in the fitness industry.
Candidate Experience: Maintain positive communication with candidates, providing timely updates and a smooth hiring process.
Partnership Development: Build relationships with training academies, certifications bodies, and fitness schools to create a steady pipeline of qualified trainers.
Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into our company culture and expectations.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
Knowledge of Fitness Industry: Understanding of personal trainer qualifications, certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM), and general fitness trends.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for recruiting.
Networking Skills: Ability to build a network within the fitness community and establish relationships with relevant institutions.
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 20 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required
