We are constantly striving to improve both ourselves and our facility by adding new equipment, attending training seminars, adding new amenities, etc. We are looking to add a passionate, out-going individual to our team to help us continue to grow and improve!
This role requires someone who is passionate about fitness and improving the lives of others. The ideal candidate would be someone who is self-motivated and enjoys talking to new people every day.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable and confident in their skills to be able to obtain and keep personal training clients. While some clients will be given to you, the majority of your clientele must come from yourself. This is a sales position where you will need to be comfortable selling training packages to members and gaining clients.
We hold ourselves to a high standard regarding our cleanliness, customer service, and equipment maintenance. When not training clients, personal trainers are expected to lend a hand around the gym as needed. This includes answering the phone, giving tours to prospective members, answering member's questions, signing new members up, and assisting with cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, dusting, etc.
Prior training experience and personal trainer certification (ISSA, NASM, ACE, etc.) is preferred but not required. If you are excited to join a team who aims to improve the lives of our local community, please apply!
