Personal Trainer and Administrative Assistant

One on One seeks committed, career-oriented individuals to join our team of professionals in State College, Pennsylvania. Our culture and commitment to excellence makes One on One truly special. We are not a health club; we do nothing but specialized fitness and nutrition programming. This entry level position includes 5-weeks of training in our Personal Fitness Training Instructor program and unlimited growth opportunities. All full-time team members with 4+ years of service earn over $70,000 plus benefits.

This dual-role position combines personal training and administrative support, making it ideal for someone with a passion for health and wellness, paired with strong organizational skills. As a personal trainer, you will conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions, and as an administrative assistant, you will manage office tasks, promotional initiatives, and event planning.

Key responsibilities:

Personal fitness training. Part-time schedule of clients upon completion of our five-week Personal Fitness Trainer Instructor Program.

Website. Maintaining our website to ensure optimal messaging and SEO.

Social Media and blog posting. Daily management of One on One's social media and blog presence.

Event Planning. Managing One on One's educational and social events from start to finish.

The following is preferred, but not required:

Bachelors degree, preferably in the area of health and human development

Nationally recognized personal training certification

Experience with Wordpress, Facebook/Instagram, Canva, and Constant Contact
