Our Assessment Specialist is:

Our ideal Personality Assessment Coach has a positive attitude and a passion for team health. We are looking for someone who is a strong project manager, an excellent time manager, and a forward thinker.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of our Assessment Coach include, but are not limited to:

• Manages consulting and administrative work seamlessly
• Stays focused on client experience with an emphasis on consulting
• Maintains a general understanding of other assessments on the market
• Supports all levels of the department creating more capacity
• Provides assessment results and information to clients in a professional and timely manner

** _This is a full-time (with part-time opportunities for qualified candidates) hybrid role position located in Worthington, Ohio._

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 2-4 years’ experience communicating and establishing rapport with leaders and teams
• Technology savvy
• Customer service experience

Preferred

• Presentation experience
• Project management experience
• Consulting/coaching experience

Desired

• Personality assessment experience – DiSC, Kolbe, Enneagram, Clifton Strengths, Myers-Briggs, etc.
• Sales experience
• 4-year degree in Psychology, Anthropology, or Business

Salary : $50k-$60k

Benefits > 30 hours: Medical, 401k, company paid long term disability, life insurance, vision insurance, 15 days paid time off, and 11 paid holidays annually.
