Bella Vida, a new senior living community in the La Cantera area, is seeking a Personalization Coordinator. This role is a liaison between Bella Vida and the future residents as they prepare for their move to the community.
Job duties include pre-move-in responsibilities such as providing assistance with customizations and color/finish selections; advise, coordinate and manage the move process. Candidate must possess effective interpersonal communication skills, database management skills, be a self-starter, problem solver, attentive to detail, and available to work overtime as needed. This position will manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Superior organizational and prioritizing skills are a must.
A background in homebuilding, interior design and a strong understanding of construction is preferred. During the move-in process, the Coordinator must have the ability to work directly with the resident to offer assistance for anything prior to and during their move. Connecting with local moving assistance professionals (ie- realtors, moving companies, downsizers, etc.) will be required.
