The ** Personnel Recovery (PR) Training Specialist with Medical Expertise** is the subject matter expert (SME) relating to all Medical functions of PR training. The Training Specialist with Medical Expertise is responsible for assisting in the development of training objectives, COI documents, training aids, and lesson plans that align with USAID SEC/ISP/STB PR requirements.
What does a typical day look like for a Personnel Recovery (PR) Training Specialist with MEDICAL Expertise?
A Personnel Recovery (PR) Training Specialist with Medical Expertise's day is dynamic. The role involves conducting training during mobile training team events in both CONUS and OCONUS environments to support USAID Mission-specific Personnel Recovery (PR) Programs and other security training needs. Responsibilities include delivering Personnel Recovery Employee Education, Management, Prevention, and Training (PREEMPT) and PR Officer (PRO) training in accordance with established Course of Instruction (COI) documents, as well as other security training programs as directed by the PR Program Coordinator and Senior Training Specialist.
